In Brazil as in the rest of the world, sectors of production and commercialization of animal originated foods, are changing to attend the two highst marcket demands: competitivity and quality. These exigencies are specially related to healthy foods. So the use of products that leave residues in meat and/or milk is going to be more restritive in an animal production system pointed to sustentability with lower environmental risks.
