Üzemi méret és energiaköltség a zöldséghajtatásban AgEcon

Magyarországon a termálenergiára és a megújuló energiára (faapríték-fűtés) alapozott hajtatásos zöldségtermelés kilátásai biztatóak. A zöldséghajtatásban elsősorban a 3 és 5 hektáros méretű üzemek azok, amelyek geotermikus energiával és biomasszával fűtve képesek olyan mértékű üzemi eredményt elérni, amely nagy biztonsággal megalapozhatja a talaj nélküli integrált zöldséghajtatás fejlesztését. A fosszilis energiahordozók 100 Watt fűtési teljesítményre jutó üzemi eredménye a 0,5 és 1 ha-os üzemméretek mellett negatív, vagy csak nagyon alacsony eredményeket értek el a vizsgált zöldséghajtató modellgazdaságokban. Soybean Production in Brazil: Main Determinants of Property Sizes AgEcon

Economies of scale are present in soybean production. In Brazil, the two largest producing regions have properties with different dimensions. In particular, the average size of properties in the South is much smaller than those in the country´s Mid‐West region. This study analyzes the characteristics that favor small‐scale soybean‐producing properties in the country’s Southern region. Its theoretical framework is based on the Neoclassical theory and in Transaction Cost Economics. Questionnaires were applied to producers from the State of Rio Grande do Sul. A regression analysis shows the relation between the selected factors and property size.
