| The investigation was intended to specify and add to the earlier list of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms known from the Black Sea; more evidence was obtained about quantitative distribution of some nitrogen-fixing bacteria (Clostridium, Pseudomonas, Vibrio and Spirillum) in the coastal, shallow- and deep-water areas of the Black Sea including Zernov Phyllophora field. The records show that in the phyllophora field bacterial numbers increases with increasing wind activity that disturbs soft bottom substrate and muddies the sea water. In deep-water areas of the sea nitrogen fixation is rather due to several anaerobic heterotrophic bacteria such as Spirillum, Vibrio, Pseudomonas, and, possibly, some other microorganisms, than due to a specific azotobacter. | Вид Nassa reticulata L. распространен в Атлантическом океане и далее на восток до Азовского моря включительно и является одним из наиболее распространенных здесь брюхоногих моллюсков. Личинки Nassa играют значительную роль в планктоне, а взрослые особи занимают видное место в бентосе, являясь, наряду с другими моллюсками, обычным компонентом пищи рыб из семейства Labridae. В начале 20 века у N. reticulata, обитающих в Черном море, были обнаружены церкарии и метацеркарии Cercaria inconstans (Sinitsin, 1911), которые позднее были отнесены к Diphterostomum brusinae Stoss (Palombi, 1930), паразитирующим во взрослом состоянии на рыбах семейств Labridae, Blennidae, и др. | Размножение мидий в Севастопольской бухте происходит, вероятно, круглый год, так как их личинки встречались в планктоне с января по декабрь. Максимальное число личинок отмечалось с июля по сентябрь, а в холодное время года они встречались лишь единично. Результаты наблюдений показали, что наиболее интенсивный рост длины раковины мидий как в первый месяц прикрепленной жизни, так и в первый и последующие годы их жизни приходится на теплое время года – июнь и август. В течение первого года наблюдается наибольший прирост – до 14.5 мм за месяц. В течение второго и третьего года жизни рост мидий резко снижается. | L'absence de pêche sur le Sandettié depuis deux ans, exprime de façon frappante la préoccupante situation actuelle de la pêche du hareng dans le sud de la Mer du Nord et la Manche orientale. La diminution importante des prises totales et du rendement par unité de pêche s'accompagne en effet de changements biologiques si marqués dans la composition des captures qu'il est évident que le stock de harengs subit les effets d'une pêche trop intensive et qu'il est devenu nécessaire de prendre des mesures de protection. C'est ce que confirme le déroulement de la campagne 1964-65 dans le Pas-de-Calais et les observations faites à cette occasion au laboratoire de Boulogne-sur-Mer. |

Ceci est valable pour la réfrigération comme pour la congélation.
