I DETTE KAPITEL undersøges, hvordan forbruget af økologi har udviklet sig i perioden fra 2005 til 2007. Resultaterne viser, at de segmenter, der er beskrevet i kapitel 1, har meget forskellig adfærd både med hensyn til udvikling i generelt øko-forbrug og med hensyn til udvikling inden for forbruget af økologi i specifikke varegrupper. Overordnet set har den ene halvdel af befolkningen drevet den generelle vækst i øko-andelen, vi har set i perioden, mens den anden halvdel ikke har ændret sit forbrug signifikant. Med hensyn til forbrug i specifikke varegrupper er det interessant, at øko-andelene for frugt og grønt er steget relativt meget, og at en stor del af denne stigning kommer af, at nye husstande er begyndt at købe økologi. The impact of conventional, integrated and organic practices on groundwater quality were studied in northwestern Germany. Between 1993 and 1997 nitrogen budgets and the nitrate content of the unsaturated zone (soil sampling and porous suction cups) were measured in two field trials located on a clayey loam and a loamy sand, respectively. In each year of investigation three main crops per farming system were compared according to the defined site(soil)-adapted crop rotation. There was little decrease in the NO3-concentration of the percolate and the amount of leached N (15% less) by shifting from conventional practice to integrated farming. Bu projenin amacı Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde üzüm yetiştiriciliğinde bitki besleme ile hastalık ve zararlılara karşı organik tarımın uygun gördüğü preparatları kullanarak organik üzüm yetiştiriciliğine veri tabanı oluşturmaktır. Araştırma, Gaziantep/Oğuzeli ilçesinde bulunan, çiftçi bağında 2002-2009 yılları arasında, yüksek goble şekli verilen ve 4 x 4 m dikilmiş Dımışkı üzüm çeşidi bağında yürütülmüştür. Unter dem zunehmenden Kostendruck entstehen grössere, kantonsübergreifende Beratungsgebiete und ein Konzentrationsprozess auf wenige, kompetente Anbieter von Beratungen wird stattfinden. Die Kantone werden versuchen ihre konventionellen Berater und einen Teil der überzähligen Landwirtschaftslehrer zu Bioberatern umzupolen. Diese Berater sind in der Bioszene aber wenig glaubwürdig und kompetent. Mit ihren kleinen Biopensen ist es sehr aufwändig, ihren Ausbildungsstand, ihre Richtlinienkenntnisse und ihre gesamtbetriebliche Betrachtungsweise auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten. Until now, the term ‘Farming for Health’ is unknown in Germany but it would cover a wide spectrum of different kinds of social agriculture already existing in Germany, such as farms that integrate disabled people or drug therapy into their farming system, or farms that integrate children, pupils or older people. Relevant work in Germany is done in ‘Sheltered Workshops’, where supporting and healing powers of farming and gardening are used for disabled people with a diversity of work possibilities. The aim of this investigation was to optimise the yield percentage of blue lupins in mixed cropping systems. Field experiments were conducted at two locations in Northern Germany (Institute of Organic Farming near Hamburg and Institute of Plant and Soil Science at Braunschweig). Two types of blue lupins, the determinate and branched type were cultivated together with spring barley, spring wheat or fodder peas in different seeding ratios (SR): 50% : 50%, 62,5% : 37,5 % and 75% : 25% of the respective pure cropping seeding rate.
