| The triticale stands out among the cereals due to its high yield potential, even in conditions of drought and soil acidity. Despite the importance of culture, there are few protocols for monitoring the physiological potential of seeds. Aimed to adapt the methodology of the electrical conductivity test to evaluate the vigor of triticale. | Modern society has drawn a relationship with nature mainly marked by the myth of inexhaustible nature, resulting in the lack of concern with the maintenance of biodiversity, natural resources and accumulated knowledge by local communities. Due to the increasing use and need of using medicinal and aromatic plants, as well as the lack of data, safe botanical identification and misuse of this group of plants, is necessary to make the production and replication of seedlings to meet the demand. So we implemented this work in the field, in the area of protected cultivation, aiming to multiply the different plant species, their adaptability and have the opportunity to pass these species to the target audience. |

| A qualidade das sementes não pode ser melhorada pelo armazenamento, mas sim preservada com o mínimo de deterioração possível, através do armazenamento adequado, visando manter o vigor e o poder germinativo pelo maior período possível. Objetivou-se no presente estudo avaliar fisiologicamente as sementes de feijão mungo-verde (Vigna radiata L.) em função dos diferentes períodos de armazenamento. | As sementes são eficientes meios de propagação das plantas, especialmente as de espécies nativas como a Caesalpinia peltophoroides. Diante do exposto, objetivou-se com o presente trabalho determinar o momento ideal de coleta das sementes, seguindo o parâmetro da coloração das sementes, visando obter maiores porcentuais germinativo e de vigor. | Physic nut is a plant widely cultivated in various regions of tropical America, Asia and Africa that adapts well to arid and degraded soils. This essay aimed to evaluate the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on solarized substrate for production of seedlings with seeds from states of Pernambuco, Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. AMF used included a mixture of Clarum glomus, Gigaspora margarita, Scutellospora hterogama and Gigaspora calospora.
