| Zentrales Ziel des Projektes ist es, auf der Grundlage eines Überblicks zur aktuellen Situation der Imkerei in Deutschland die volkswirtschaftliche Bedeutung der Bienenhaltung zu analysieren. Neben erklärenden, die Bienenhaltung beeinflussenden Faktoren, werden insbesondere externe Effekte der Imkerei wie die Bestäubungsleistung betrachtet und die Gesamtwertschöpfung der Imkerei in Deutschland analysiert. Die Studie wird sowohl den imkereiwirtschaftlichen als auch den landwirtschaftlichen Sektor einbeziehen, um mögliche gegenseitige (regionale) Einflüsse untersuchen zu können. | The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of the rearing method on heart rates (as stress indicator) in the first days of lactation during milking. Heart rate was measured in two cows (K) and in eight heifers, four (F) reared with an automatic teat feeder, four (FKK) reared naturally by suckler- or foster cows. Heart rate was evaluated with a POLAR heart rate monitor on day one and nine of lactation during the milking procedure. The respective heart rates could be assigned to the events in the milking parlour via videoanalysis. | The main objective of "CedABio" was to estimate the environmental and socioeconomic benefits anticipated in the bovine farming systems adopting an organic production mode. Beyond some obvious advantages, the goal was to measure and ascertain the real contributions of a change to organic farming for the dairy and beef farms. To lead this assessment, strong and technically accessible indicators were selected, tested, and then looked for in 144 livestock farms, located in varied contexts to take into account territorial diversity. | Une étude originale s’intéressant uniquement aux pratiques des éleveurs bios avec un nombre limité d’éleveurs rencontrés mais une vision très partagée de la technique d’élevage des veaux sous nourrices et de ses avantages. S'agit-il d'un effet de mode ou une transformation plus profonde en cours des conduites d’élevage des jeunes en production laitière? Certains éleveurs font preuve d'un recul insuffisant sur la pratique par exemple sur le parasitisme des jeunes ou sur la production laitière des futures vaches… Mais est-ce une innovation ou un retour à des pratiques anciennes? | A magyar állattenyésztés helyzete 2004 óta is folyamatosan romlik. A mezőgaz¬dasági kibocsátásból való részesedése több év óta 37-38 százalék körül stagnál, az állatállomány csökken. Mindez szorosan összefügg azzal, hogy a fontosabb ágazatok jövedelemhelyzete bizonytalan, és az évek közötti hullámzása is jelentős. A felvásárlási árak gyakran nem fedezik a termékek költségeit, és csak az állami támogatásokkal jutnak minimális nyereséghez a gazdaságok.
