| Cette étude est réalisée dans le cadre du projet OBSLAG (OBServatoire des LAGunes) et porte sur les 10 masses d’eau lagunaires méditerranéennes situées à l’aval des cours d’eau suivis depuis 2015 par le « réseau flux » de l'Agence de l’Eau Rhône Méditerranée Corse. Le rapport correspond aux actions réalisées en 2016 dans le cadre du volet « eutrophisation » d’OBSLAG, répondant aux objectifs suivants : (1) réaliser un suivi estival du phytoplancton et de la physico-chimie de l’eau et évaluer l’état DCE de ces compartiments pour la période 2011-2016 sur les 10 masses d’eau lagunaires du suivi « réseau flux », regroupant 13 lagunes poly-euhalines. | A 3D hydrodynamic and contaminant fate model was implemented for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) in Thau lagoon. The hydrodynamic model was tested against temperature and salinity measurements, while the contaminant fate model was assessed against available data collected at different stations inside the lagoon. The model results allow an assessment of the spatial and temporal variability of the distribution of contaminants in the lagoon, the seasonality of loads and the role of atmospheric deposition for the input of PCDD/Fs. | An extra large aperture scintillometer (XLAS) was used over several months across the Thau Lagoon (South of France) to retrieve one-wavelength scintillation and, thence, sensible heat flux. We present the experiment with the XLAS, an eddy-covariance station and meteorological stations measuring on or near the Thau Lagoon. Changes implemented to adapt the scintillometry processing schemes to the above water conditions are presented together with a full error budget, including sensitivity tests to the relevant parameters of the scintillometer processing scheme. | Après un rappel des objectifs, du fonctionnement et de la méthode d’interprétation des résultats du réseau de contrôle microbiologique (REMI) et du réseau de surveillance chimique (ROCCH), ce rapport comprend un bilan national et décrit le programme annuel 2018 de la région Occitanie. Il présente l’ensemble des résultats obtenus, en particulier l’estimation de la qualité microbiologique et chimique des zones de production de coquillages classées. | The objectives of this study are to increase our understanding of the mass mortality phenomena in Pacific oysters Crassostrea gigas in the Thau lagoon and to examine the effect of cultivation practises. Mortality events in 2009 and 2010 always coincide with simple or dual infections involving primarily the Herpes virus OsHV-I and secondarily the bacteria Vibrio splendidus, when seawater temperature is between 17°C and 24°C. | A cross-ecosystem comparison of data obtained from 20 French Mediterranean lagoons with contrasting eutrophication status provided the basis for investigating the variables that best predict chlorophyll a (Chl a) concentrations and nutrient limitation of phytoplankton biomass along a strong nutrient enrichment gradient. Summer concentrations of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and phosphorus (DIP) comprised only a small fraction of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP). | Le travail est axé sur la volonté de la filière conchylicole méditerranéenne pour s'approvisionner en naissains d'huîtres creuses sauvages d’origine lagunaire. L'observatoire du captage naturel, mis en place entre 2012 et 2014, a permis de découvrir des gisements de naissains collectés naturellement dans la lagune de Thau selon un protocole défini à l’échelle expérimentale.
