| Lilla Böslid ligger 1–2 km från havet i en förnämlig jordbruksbyggd strax söder om Halmstad. Klimatet är milt och årsnederbörden cirka 800 mm. Gården omfattar 98 ha åker och har sedan 1979 bedrivits som en ren växtodlingsgård. De 76 ekologiska hektaren, som fördelar sig på 62 ha lerjord och 14 ha sandjord, odlas enligt KRAV:s regler. Resterande 23 ha odlas konventionellt för omfattande potatisförsök. På lerjorden skedde en successiv omläggning under perioden 1989–1993. Sandjorden lades i karens 1994. Innan omläggningen låg marken några år i omställning 90-programmet. Dessförinnan odlades främst spannmål, oljeväxter och ärter. Hushållningssällskapet fick Lilla Böslid i donation 1984. | The V Congress of the SEAE was developed in the Gijón city and it was also the First Iberoamerican Congress of Agroecology. It has attracted a large involvement both in the total number of visitors and the papers presented, which is an indication of the growing strength and importance that organic farming is gaining in our society. The Congress performed five workshops during the first two days about "Making bread", "Analysis and control of foods", "Agroecology and pest control", "Participatory methodology for experimentation and consultancy in organic farming and rural development" and "The organic farming market: Initiatives and innovations in marketing for organic products”, among many other areas. |

Med økologitillæg og forventet slagtepræmie i perioden 2015-2020, kan der opnås et restbeløb til dækning af stald, arbejde og risiko på cirka 1.800 kr. per dyr (ca. 3,50 kr. per dag), selv om der gives et tillæg på 800 kr. per spædkalv i forhold til prisen på en renracet DH-tyr. | One core idea behind organic production is that cropping systems should be less dependent on resource import than conventional production and minimize negative environmental effects. This study aimed to test novel organic rotations, designed to reduce reliance on external resource import. We compared a conventional system (C) and an organic system relying on manure import (O1) to two rotations (O2 and O3), both relying on autumn cover crops for soil fertility, and in O3 green manure rows were left as intercrops. Resource import differed between 149, 85, 25 and 25 kg N ha-1 year-1 in C, O1, O2 and O3. I projektet har vi undersøgt forskellige græsmarksafgrøder dyrket i både Danmark og Sverige og sammenholdt resultaterne fra de to lande.
