| As a part of the Joint Actions on Climate Change conference held on June 9th and 10th 2009 in the Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre, Denmark, the Danish iPOPY group organized a workshop on “Food service at events as a strategy for sustainable food consumption.” The workshop was part of the Conference’s fourth Theme, Governance & Climate Mitigation. | La Comisión Interamericana de Agricultura Orgánica (CIAO) y el Programa Hemisférico de Agricultura Orgánica (PHAO) del Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA) decidieron llevar a cabo la ideoconferencia “Sistemas de garantía para los consumidores de los mercados locales y nacionales de productos orgánicos” en 2009. En el presente documento se resumen las exposiciones de esta conferencia, las cuales corresponden a cuatro modelos de sistemas de garantía para la certificación de productos orgánicos, con el fin de contribuir con el desarrollo de los mercados locales y nacionales de productos orgánicos en ALC. |
