| This work, realized in the laboratories of the Geologic and Hydrological Studies and Researches Center of the Faculty of Science of Montpellier benefited from the financial support of the CNEXO (training grant) and took place during a part of the third year of Engineering school (ENGEES of Strasbourg). The realized work exploited four thermal airborne exploratory missions to establish the criteria of quality and hydrodynamics of waters of the Leucate lagoon by thermal infrared scanning radiometry. The first part of this work handles climatological, geographical, morphological, hydrological, hydro dynamical and geological known parameters. | The "Pierre Noire" accumulation (20 m depth) is mostly made up of biogenic sands. The bathymetric map as well as some seismic profiles show an irregular morphology in relation with the paleozoic basement. Fourty grab samples were collected within a regular grid. The particle size distributions show that the local variability is low. They allow also to distinguish two fractions characterized by particles of different nature. | At the same time as the technological developement of a new deep-sea tide gauge, taking advantage from the work of Eyries [I], scientific studies on the off-shore tides are carried at the Oceanographic Center of Brest. First of all, we made a rapid survey on tide at the limit of the littoral part of the Gulf of Biscay. The positions of the six stations on the bathymetric line of 200 meters are given by the fig. I. | A new virus from the Crab Carcinus maenas has been found in the nuclei of conjunctive and blood cells. Its localization, morphology, size, morphogeny relate it to the Baculovirus group. By some aspects it appears to be related closer to the insect viruses from Oryctes rhinoceros, and to red mite viruses from Panonychus ulmi and P.citri than to the nuclear polyhedrosis of the pink shrimp Penaeus duorarum. |

| Le paramètre dont il sera question dans ces lignes est baptisé, de façon peu précise, "température de surface de la mer" ("Sea Surface Temperature", ou "S.S.T.", suivant une terminologie et un sigle internationalement reconnus). De quoi s'agit-il ? Au départ, on dispose des observations des navires météorologiques sélectionnés, sous la forme classique des messages "SHIP" ("Messages d'observation en surface provenant d'un navire"). Deux groupes de ce message nous intéressent : celui qui comprend l'élément codé "TsTs", et celui où figure "TWTwTw". Le premier exprime la "différence entre la température de l'air et la température de la mer en demi-degrés Celsius", le second, la "température de l'eau à la surface de la mer, en dixièmes de degrés Celsius".... |

| Ce travail m'a été confié par M. GLEMAREC dans le cadre du contrat n° 73, passé avec le C.N.E.X.O., contrat qui s'insère dans le schéma d'Aménagement du Littoral Breton. La Laboratoire d'Océanographie Biologique de l'Université de Brest ayant établi des cartes biosédimentaires du littoral ouest et sud de Bretagne, il a été jugé utile de chiffrer les activités des pêches côtières et de les surimposer sur ces cartes. A titre expérimental, le quartier maritime de Concarneau a été choisi, étant donnée la diversité des types de pêches, les fonds étant parallèlement les plus variés qui puissent être sur le littoral breton.
