| Il rotenone, pesticida naturale utilizzato in agricoltura biologica su una grande varietà di colture, è stato determinato quantitativamente mediante Atmosheric Pressure Chemical Ionisation Spettrometria di Massa Tandem (APCI MS/MS) nelle olive e negli oli di oliva ottenuti dopo trattamento in una prova di campo che ha interessato la cv Carolea in Calabria. La tecnica analitica ha previsto la realizzazione di esperimenti “Multiple Reaction Monitoring” (MRM) utilizzando uno standard interno ottenuto per sintesi. Le quantità rilevate sono comprese tra 9 mg/Kg di olio dopo 1 giorno dal trattamento e 0.15 mg/Kg di olio dopo 1 mese circa dal trattamento. Quest’ultimo valore è molto più elevato dei 40 µg/Kg permessi dalla legislazione italiana. |

| Aufgabenstellung: Ziel von Modul III ist es - aufbauend auf dem erarbeiten Datenstandard - ein XML-Schema zu entwickeln. Das XML-Schema ist Basis für die Softwarefirmen, XML-Schnittstellen für den automatisierten Datenaustausch zu entwickeln. Durch eine intensive Abstimmung mit dem in der Entwicklung befindlichen Datenstandard agro-XML soll die Kompatibilität zu diesem gewährleistet werden. In einem zweiten Bereich soll im Rahmen des Projektes ein Konzept zur Verwendung der Rückverfolgbarkeitsdaten in der Verbraucheransprache erarbeitet werden. | Ziel der Studie ist es, das Anforderungsprofil für Kontrolleure auf der Grundlage der EU-Öko-Verordnung 2092/91 für die unterschiedlichen Kontrollbereiche zu ermitteln. As a solution, one public organic label, the Bio-Siegel, was designed. | Das Bio-Angebot in der AHV reicht von der Umstellung einzelner Produkte, über Öko-Tage, -Wochen und -Menüs bis hin zur vollständigen Umstellung. Die wenigsten AHV-Betriebe mit Bio-Verwendung sind gemäß EG-Öko-Verordnung zertifiziert. Ebenso ist den wenigsten die Kontrollpflicht bekannt. Zur Zeit der Erhebung kontrollierten lediglich sieben der insgesamt 20 befragten Kontrollstellen AHV-Betriebe. Die wenigsten verfügten über entsprechend ausgebildetes Personal und speziell für diesen Bereich verfasste Kontrollformulare. Deshalb muss die Wahlfreiheit erhalten und die Produktion ohne Gentechnik weiterhin möglich sein. Diese Themen wurden bei einer Tagung in Bern im September 2004 diskutiert. Control and certification by an independent body then became a requirement (standard EN NF 45011).
