La production de plants fruitiers en agriculture biologique est un verrou technique autant qu’économique, qu’il faut lever pour répondre à la législation prévue. Le programme présenté vise à acquérir des références sur deux espèces fruitières majeures, le pommier et le pêcher, afin d’orienter par la suite les pratiques culturales des pépiniéristes souhaitant proposer des plants certifiés AB. La question de recherche proposée concerne la stimulation des défenses naturelles, des test préliminaires sous serre permettant d’affiner un choix d’application au champ. Le matériel végétal, ainsi que la densité de plantation, la conduite culturale et l’entretien du rang font également partie des points techniques à renseigner. |

Organic farmers are obliged, in compliance with the valid legislation, to use seed originating from the organic production when establishing the crop stands. In a survey we found certified organic cereal seed is used on 6 %, conventional untreated seed on 37 %, and farm seed on 57 % (of the organically farmed area in the Czech Republic). The main reasons for that are as follows: the insufficient surface of land intended for the reproduction of organic seed, the low proportion of accepted seed coming from the accepted reproduction surface. İklim koşullarının olumsuz etkileri ve kışların uzun olmasından dolayı, bölgemizde özellikle Erzurum ilinde sebze yetiştiriciliği yeterince gelişmemiştir. Bu durum, bölgede ve ilimizde, sıcak iklim sebze türlerinin yetiştiriciliğini sınırlandırmaktadır. Yöre çiftçisi yoğunlukla et ve süt sığırcılığı yapmakta, bitkisel üretim olarak da daha çok tarla bitkileri ürünlerini yetiştirmektedir. The impact of seed source (conventional or organic farming) is one important question for the variety trials under the conditions of organic farming. Hence, field trials were conducted at two sites in Bavaria in two years (2013-2014). Certified organic seed from a Bavarian propagation were compared to conventional seed, offered by breeders for national variety trials. Die Sonnenblume ist die wichtigste ölliefernde Pflanze im Öko-Landbau. Da ihre Samen neben einem hohen Fettgehalt auch einen beachtlichen Anteil an Eiweiß enthalten, sollten in diesem Projekt grundlegende Fragen beantwortet werden, damit die praktische Pflanzenzüchtung Strategien entwickeln kann, um Sonnenblumen mit einem erhöhten Proteinertrag züchten zu können. Aus 235 untersuchten Sonnenblumenlinien wurden 23 Linien mit unterschiedlichen Proteingehalten gewählt, die als Kreuzungseltern von 105 Testhybriden dienten. A terme, un programme d’amélioration génétique pour l’agriculture biologique doit concevoir un nouveau type variétal adapté à ce type d'agriculture avec deux rôles essentiels : participer à l’équilibre du système de culture et offrir des produits de qualité. Le chou, et principalement le chou-fleur, reste une espèce légumière majeure en Bretagne. Même si les semenciers s’apprêtent à proposer des semences biologiques aux producteurs de choux pour 2004, les variétés hybrides F1 conçus pour l’agriculture conventionnelle ne pourront pas répondre aux besoins des agriculteurs biologiques (homogénéité génétique, manque de rusticité, stérilité mâle cytoplasmique…). Chicory (Cichorium intybus) has been shown to induce enzymes of pharmacokinetic relevance (cytochrome P450; CYP). The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of selected secondary plant metabolites with a global extract of chicory root, on the expression of hepatic CYP mRNA (1A2, 2A19, 2C33, 2D25, 2E1 and 3A29), using primary porcine hepatocytes. Of the tested secondary plant metabolites, artemisinin, scoparone, lactucin and esculetin all induced increased expression of specific CYPs, while esculin showed no effect. In contrast, a global extract of chicory root decreased the expression of CYP1A2, 2C33, 2D25 and 3A29 at high concentrations.
