| Three genera of the subfamily Doryctinae Foerster, 1862 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) are treated and keyed: Ptesimogaster Marsh, 1965, Caingangia Marsh, 1993, and Leptodoryctes Barbalho & Penteado- Dias, 1999. The latter genus is characterised by the presence of an apical setal comb on the hind tibia. Two new genera are described: Ptesimogastroides gen. nov. (type species: P. cerdai spec. nov. from French Guiana and Brazil) and Dicarinoryctes gen. nov. (type species: D. apicalis spec. nov. from French Guiana). | The E. cervus-group of Edessa Fabricius, 1803 (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae: Edessinae) from South and Central America, is proposed to include the Edessa species with the apices of the long cylindrical humeral angles bifurcated. Three new and three described species are included: Edessa cervus (Fabricius, 1787), Edessa cerastes Breddin, 1905, Edessa elaphus Breddin, 1905, Edessa burmeisteri spec. nov., Edessa peruviana spec. nov., Edessa rondoniensis spec. nov.; their external genital characters and the metasternum of E. burmeisteri are illustrated and their distribution is given. The males of Edessa cerastes Breddin, 1905, and Edessa elaphus Breddin, 1905, which were unknown until now, are described. |

| The genera of the subfamily Cenocoeliinae Szépligeti are revised, keyed and illustrated. The genera Capitonius Brullé, 1846, Aulacodes Cresson, 1865, Lestricus Reinhard, 1866, Promachus Cresson, 1887, and Evaniomorpha Szépligeti, 1901, are re-instated. One new genus is described and illustrated: Rattana (type species: Cenocoelius albopilosellus Cameron, 1901) from Sulawesi, Misoöl, and New Guinea. The genus Ussurohelcon Belokobylskij, 1989, is transferred from the Helconinae to the Cenocoeliinae and placed in the new tribe Ussurohelconini. | Keys are given to the genera and subgenera of the subfamily Orgilinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae). One new tribe, three new genera, three new subgenera, and 27 new species are described. New combinations are: Orgilonia ashmeadi (Viereck, 1911), Orgilus columbianus (Enderlein, 1912), O. westermanni (Enderlein, 1912), O. rubriceps (Ashmead, 1894), and Stantonia lutea (Szépligeti, 1910). | The E. dolichocera-group of Edessa Fabricius, 1803 (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae: Edessinae) is proposed and the species are described, including two new to science. This group includes three South American species: Edessa dolichocera (Lichtenstein, 1795), E. guyanensis spec. nov. and E. nigromaculata spec. nov. E. ductor Walker, 1868 is considered to be a junior synonym of E. dolichocera (Lichtenstein, 1795). The lectotypes of Cimex dilochocerus Lichtenstein, 1795 and of Edessa ductor Walker, 1868, are designated.
