The objective of this study was to evaluate phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant activity of extracts of flowers from six Mexican accessions of Crataegus in order to contribute to the chemistry of the Germplasm Bank accessions at the Universidad Autonóma Chapingo. Antioxidant activity was evaluated using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method and the flavonoids were identified by HPLC-MS. Quercetin- 3-O-glucoside, quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside, quercetin... |
