Накопление растворенного органического вещества морскими одноклеточными водорослями в зависимости от размера и концентрации клеток IBSS Repository
Бурлакова З. П.; Галатонова О. А.; Парчевский В. П..

IBSS Repository
Бурлакова З. П.; Лаврентьев Н. А..
A relative heterotrophic potential of microplankton was studied in the south-western sector of the South Atlantic anticyclonic circulation according to accumulation of 14C labeled organic substrates: hydrolyzate of Diatomeae, hydrolyzate of Dinoflagellata, glucose, glycin, leucine and glycolic acid. The microplankton heterotrophic potential is shown to depend on the types of the water masses. The concentration of the introduced substrates being 0.2 mg/l^-1, the microplankton heterotrophic potential of different water masses varied between 0.009 and 1.4 mgC/m^3/day. Its lowest values (0.009 = 0.042 mgC/m^3/day) are obtained in the transitional zone between the subtropic and subantarctic waters and in waters of the Folkland Current. The heterotrophic...

Численность и относительный гетеротрофный потенциал бактериопланктона поверхностного слоя в различных географических зонах центрально-восточной Атлантики. IBSS Repository
Гутвейб Л. Г.; Бурлакова З. П..
Bacterial abundance in the surface layer of the Central-East Atlantic varied within 2.24*10^5 = 1.64*10^6 cells per ml, the number of heterotrophs ranged from 2 to 419 colonies per ml. Bacterial density tended to increase from the North to the South. The bacterial heterotrophic potential was determined by an average uptake of glucose or hydrolizate of seaweeds, and its value varied from 0.07-0.68 and from 0.0-7.68 mgC*m^-3*day^-1, respectively. The highest rate of DOM uptake was observed in the trophic-equatorial region where bacterioplankton concentrations were high. Spatial distribution and heterotrophic activity of bacteria were influenced by temperature, specific structure and dynamics of water.

Динамика выделения органических метаболитов морскими организмами IBSS Repository
Хайлов К. М.; Бурлакова З. П..
The release of organic compounds in marine organisms (unicellular and multicellular algae, lower animals) is discussed as a part of more complex phenomenon - the exchange between organisms (ecological metabolism). From this point both absolute and relative release rates are of interest. The comparison of relative rates in unicellular algae, multicellular algae, invertebrates and fishes shows the decrease of release intensity in this (evolutionary) series. In multicellular algae the rates of organic matter released are influenced to some extent by environmental conditions and by light intensity especially. On the other side, the release rate is not influenced significantly by the external concentration of organic metabolites. Both these facts support an...
