The study of SOD activity in Jerusalem artichoke tubers in 3 varieties that were different harvesting stage and no report the amount of SOD in different parts of Jerusalem artichoke tuber was carried out. The aims of this study were to evaluate SOD activity in various varieties of Jerusalem artichoke and to evaluate the difference of SOD activity in different parts of Jerusalem artichoke tuber. This experiment used 3 varieties of Jerusalem artichoke including Hel 65, CN 52867 and JA 89 that were different genotypes. These tubers were separated into 3 parts: head, middle and tail for extraction and determination of SOD activity. The results showed that Jerusalem artichoke var. Hel 65 exhibited the highest SOD activity compared to var. CN 52867 and JA 89....
