Mycena oligophylla is proposed as a new species and indicated as the type of the new section Rarifolialae. The species is compared with similar-looking Mycena paucilamellata, as well as with Delicatula cuspidata which had been suggested as possibly identical.

Mycena austera and Mycena parca, belonging to section Fragilipedes, are proposed as new species. Mycena austera is identified mainly by the 4-spored basidia, the absence of clamp connections, the dark pileus, and the nitrous odour. The species is compared with M. leptocephala and M. deceptor. Mycena parca is compared with M. leptocephala from which it differs mainly on account of the absence of nitrous odour, and differently shaped cheilocystidia and terminal cells of the cortical layer of the stipe.

Mycena terena, a new member of section Polyadelphia from southern Norway

It is compared with the other species of the section, from which it is separated on account of the habitat, the pale brown colours of the pileus and the stipe, and some details in the microscopic features.

Mycena agrestis is a new species of section Fuliginellae. It is compared with the section’s type species, M. vulgaris, and shown to differ from the other members known from North America. Thus far, section Fuliginellae has not been recorded with certainty from the Southern Hemisphere.
