| Each year, the regional network REMONOR assesses the mortality, growth and quality of cupped oysters in two age classes ("adults", 2 years old; "juveniles", 1 year old) at various stations in the main oyster farming areas in Normandy. We used the protocol established by the national network REMORA. REMONOR is implemented by the Normandy Environment Resources Laboratory (LERN) in conjunction with the Joint Association for Coastal Fisheries (SMEL).
