ผลของการเสริม Schizochytrium sp. ในอาหารต่อลักษณะทางสัณฐานบางประการและการเจริญเติบโตของปลานิล Thai Agricultural
Soudsada Saiyasaeng; Bundit Yuangsoi; Pattama Wiriyapattanasub; Sutee Wongmaneeprateep.
The effects of dietary Schizochytrium sp. supplementation on morphological characters and growth performance of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) were studied. Fish (initial weight 84.08-84.26 g) were fed with pelleted feed (30% crude protein) supplemented with Schizochytrium at 0% (control group), 2.5%, 5.0% and 7.5% and reared for 8 weeks. Results were shown that body depth gain and dorsal width gain of fish fed 7.5% Schizochytriumhad the highest values (2.58±0.19and1.00±0.11 cm), which was significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group. The average weight gain of fish fed 7.5, 5.0 and 2.5% Schizochytrium were162.75±9.79,132.19±12.66 and 113.87±18.39g, respectively, and were significantly different (P<0.05) from the control group which was...

การเสริม Schizochytrium sp. ในอาหารต่อการเจริญเติบโต และอัตราการรอดตายในปลานิลรุ่น Thai Agricultural
Soudsada Saiyasaeng; Bundit Yuangsoi; Sutee Wongmaneeprateep.
Effects of Schizochytrium sp. on growth performance and survival rate of Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, juveniles were studied. Fish (initial weight 2.27-2.30 g) were fed with commercial pellet feed (32% crude protein) supplemented with Schizochytrium sp. at 0 (control group), 2.5, 5.0 and 7.5% for 8 weeks. The result showed that average weight gain of the 7.5, 5.0 and 2.5% Schizochytrium sp. supplemented were 37.84+1.227, 32.81+0.648 and 31.17+0.226 g, respectively, which were significantly different (P<0.05) from the control group (28.11+2.393 g). The Schizochytrium sp. supplemented fish had the average daily growth rate was significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group but there was no statistically significant difference among...

การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการย่อยวัตถุดิบอาหารในปลาโมง ด้วยวิธี In vitro protein digestibility Thai Agricultural
Thanawat Siriparinyanant; Bundit Yuangsoi; Sutee Wongmaneeprateep; Suttisak Boonyoung.
This study was undertaken to determine the in vitro protein digestibility in feed ingredients (fish meal, soy bean meal, corn and rice bran) in bocurti’s catfish at two sizes; small size with weight 30-40 grm/fish and big size with weight 80-100 grm/fish. This information was conducted to generat data for suitable feed formulation for bocurti’s catfish culture. Protease activity had optimum pH at 8 for stomach in both size of fish. Protease activity extracted from intestine with different pH had optimum pH at 12 and pH 10 for small size and big size of fish, respectively. The protein digestibility of feed ingredients was measured in vitro using whole intestine enzyme extract from the bocurti’s catfish. The in vitro protein digestibility was shown...

ผลของ 17 beta-estradiol ต่อการเปลี่ยนเพศปลาหมอไทยระยะไข่ โดยวิธีการแช่ Thai Agricultural
Phonesack Matthavong; Siripavee Charoenwattanasak; Bundit Yuangsoi; Sutee Wongmaneeprateep.
The effect of 17β-estradiol on sex reversal of climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) egg phase by immersion method were studied. The fish eggs were immersed with 17β-estradiol at the level of 0 (control group), 50, 100, 150 and 200 μg/l in fiberglass tanks containing 5 L freshwater for 4 days. Five hundred eggs were used for each treatment with the experiments being done in 4 replicate. After hatching, hatching rates of the fish were not significantly different regardless of levels 17β-estradiol. Initial length and weight of the fish were measured at the beginning of the experiment. After nursing for 56 days in suitable condition, sex reversal rate, length gain, weight gain, average daily growth, specific growth rate and survival rate of the fishes were...
