Various methods are been used to control post-harvest diseases of tomato fruits. With the increasing restrictions on the use of fungicides, due the food safety and environmental impacts, the use of alternative methods and biological control of postharvest diseases have been stimulated. The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of alternative products in post-harvest treatment of tomato “Delta” and “Debora” produced under two cropping systems: intermediate (IS) and conventional system (CS).
