Dehusking is an important process in rice processing, however its main problem is kernels brokenness. Consequently, this study is aimed to improve dehusking efficiency of jasmine rice by decreasing percentage of broken kernels. It was found that surface lathering, temperature control and controlling of dehusking rate can reduce the brokening of kernel more than 1%.
