การปรับปรุงคุณค่าทางโภชนะของกากปาล์มน้ำมันรวมโดยใช้ยีสต์และบาซิลัสซับติลิสเพื่อเป็นแหล่งอาหารโปรตีนสำหรับสัตว์ Thai Agricultural

An experiment was conducted to study on modified nutrient composition of crude palm meal by Sacharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis for development as protein feedstuff. The experimental design was 4 x 3 factorial in completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. Factor A was fermented period (0, 15, 30 and 45 day), factor B was type of microorganism (Sacharomyces cerevisiae: SC-105 (S), Bacillus subtilis: BSC-23 (B), and S+B (50:50)). The results were shown that there was interaction between factor A and factor B on weight yield (3,090.56-3,730.33 g) and percentage yield (47.62-57.43%) (P<0.01). This study evaluated the effects of hatching in low performance broiler chicks before industrial production on survival rate and productive performance. Twelve houses of 15,000 birds each, day-old chicks (Ross 308) were assigned to randomized complete block design (RCBD) in a 2×2 factorial arrangement with two factors. Each factor was divided into 3 blocks. Factor A was types of brood (normal and hatchery brood) and factor B was sex (male and female). The results showed that no interaction between survival rate and growth performance in broiler chickens (P>0.05). This experiment was conducted to study on single cell protein production from pineapple peel by Sacharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis as animal feedstuff. The experimental design was 4 x 3 factorial in CRD experiment with two factors. The factor A was comprised fermented period (0, 15, 30 and 45 day). While, the factor B was comprised of type of microorganism (Sacharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtilis and Sacharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis). The results showed that interaction between factor A and Factor B on incubation pH 3.88-4.16, temperature 28.62-29.78 C and yield 11.22-16.94 % were highly significantly (P<0.01).
