| O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar os atributos valorizados na contratação de operações logísticas pelos embarcadores na tomada de decisões no mercado de commodities agrícolas, com interesse específico na identificação dos principais critérios para contratação e avaliação de um operador logístico. | The purpose of this article was to discuss cost parameters for the milk collection freight, based in the theoretical principles of scale economies and distance. Such study is justified for the difficulties to measure the parameters which might help in the management of the fleets, relating to the case of milk transportation. The costs related to different kinds of vehicle were estimated, through cost spreadsheets developed by the pattern support system and also the parameters of fleet efficiency related to Economies of scale, and distance for transportation. | The objective of this study was to identify the relevant attributes of the services offered for the transporter, under the point of view of the shipper. The understanding of the preferences of the users of the transport services is important for the identification of the necessities and developments waited in the market.
