Última A new species of Trichopeltarion A. Milne-Edwards, 1880, from the Southwestern Atlantic (Crustacea: Brachyura: Atelecyclidae) Pap. Avulsos de Zool. (São Paulo) Tavares,Marcos; Melo,Gustavo Augusto S. de. A new species of Trichopeltarion A. Milne-Edwards, 1880, is described from off coast of Brazil, namely Trichopeltarion pezzutoi n. sp. The new species is compared to its Atlantic congeners, Trichopeltarion nobile A. Milne-Edwards, 1880, and Trichopeltarion intesi (Crosnier, 1981). The record of T. nobile from Brazil should actually be attributed to T. pezzutoi n. sp. The differences between the genera Trichopeltarion and Peltarion Jacquinot, 1847 are discussed. The portunid Scylla serrata, widely distributed in the Indo-Pacific, is reported for the first time from the Southwestern Atlantic. A female specimen was captured at Peruíbe, State of São Paulo, by a fishing boat, at a depth of approximately 15 m. A detailed description of the specimens is given, with data on the geographical distribution of the species, and a discussion of the taxonomic status of the genus. During the project GEDIP, in the coast of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, with some stations off Uruguay, a specimen female of the brachyuran crab Lepteces ornatus Rathbun, 1893 was found. Up till now this species was known only by his type material, from Arrowsmith Bank, Yukatan, Mexico. Description, material examined and distribution are done. (Crustacea, Brachyura, Pinnotheridae) in the Brazilian coast Zoologia Melo,Gustavo Augusto S. de; Boehs,Guisla. Two males and one female of Holothuriophilus tomentosus (Ortmann, 1894) comb. nov. were collected in Enseada de Ratones, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, in southern Brazil. Since its original description, as Pinnaxodes tomentosus, this species has only been collected recently, from the Pontal do Daniela, also in Florianópolis. The previously unknown male is described and the female is redescribed herein. The characteristics of this material lead us to believe that Pinnaxodes tomentosus should be transferred to the genus Holothuriophilus Nauk, 1880.
