Terfezia boudieri is reported for the first time from the Iberian Peninsula and Europe. It is illustrated and compared with material and descriptions of similar Terfezia species T. arenaria, T. claveryi and T. leptoderma. A study of the macroscopic and microscopic characters of type materials of Tulostoma macrosporum, T. meridionale and T. utahense is presented. The synonymy of the two latter species, that was proposed some years ago, is now verified. Tulostoma macrosporum is very close to them, but shows enough differential features to be maintained as an autonomous species. SEM photographs of the spore ornamentation are provided. In the present study a comparison of the holotypes of Coprinus calyptratus, C. vosoustii, C. asterophorus and C. asterophoroides has been carried out. As a conclusion of the latter we can state that all of them are conspecific, the correct name of this taxon being C. calyptratus. On the other hand the study of the type of Coprinus xerophilus, a vernal species which occurs in xerothermic plant communities on calcareous and gypsiferous soils, shows that this taxon is very close to C. calyptratus. Finally, we have studied the type of C. arenarius, a species which shares the same habitat as both C. calyptratus and C. xerophilus, and conclude that the former is different, being a species in its own right, known only from Africa. Naturalis Moreno, G.; Esteve-Raventós, F.. A new Tubulicium species from Mediterranean evergreen forests of southern Spain is described, viz. Tubulicium papillatosporum G. Moreno & Esteve-Rav. It is characterized by its papillate basidiospores and habitat on bark of living Quercus canariensis. A bibliographical revision of this genus is presented, and the new combination Tubulicium macrosporum is proposed. Novel species of microfungi described in the present study include the following from South Africa: Cercosporella dolichandrae from Dolichandra unguiscati, Seiridium podocarpi from Podocarpus latifolius, Pseudocercospora parapseudarthriae from Pseudarthria hookeri, Neodevriesia coryneliae from Corynelia uberata on leaves of Afrocarpus falcatus, Ramichloridium eucleae from Euclea undulata and Stachybotrys aloeticola from Aloe sp. (South Africa), as novel member of the Stachybotriaceae fam. nov. Sordaria elongatispora Barrasa, Lundq. & Moreno is proposed as a new species, characterized by its large, narrow spores. It is compared with related taxa and a key is given to the four known, narrow-spored species of the genus, three of which occur in Spain: S. baltica Lundq., S. elongatispora, and S. papillata Urríes. Marasmius celtibericus G. Moreno & Raitviir, a new species from Spain, is described and illustrated. It is characterized by very small basidiocarps with a smooth hymenophore, somewhat resembling Marasmius cornelii Laessøe & Noordel. Microscopically, however, Marasmius celtibericus must be ranged in sect. Hygrometrici on account of the pileipellis.
