Todos os produtos agroindustriais são localizáveis espacialmente. Mas alguns são mais dependentes da apropriação do espaço para a transformação em mercadoria, do que outros. No contexto da cadeia vitivinícola mundial esta relação do produto com seu local de origem pode ser percebida como um sinônimo de qualidade e autenticidade, especialmente para os vinhos de terroir. The competition is no longer between companies to become among chains. A critical point in this new paradigm is the management of these chains. From there arises the great interest in concept for management of supply chain. Coordinating the activities of the chain has been complex due to the large number of activities and the interdependence among them. One has searched for a systemic, multidisciplinary and inter entrepreneurs to contribute in a management proposal. It was made a revision of supply chain concepts, strategies of operations, quality and filière. The relationship between consumers and producers is changing, and has impacted governments, organizations, production, and the agribusiness. New standards in food consumption, with a strong emphasis on safety food and production sustainability have becoming worries for these agencies. The Seikatsu Club Consumer's Cooperative (SCCC), case study focused in this paper, can help spread these concepts, improving the relationship with the natural environment. This paper analyzes the strategic alliance between Swine Raisers Cooperative from Encantado RS (Cosuel) and Tetra Park the processing unit of sterilized box milk (Long Life Milk).
