| Those literary sources, which are about the interpretation of the working capital in a context with the financing strategies of the companies, about the related financial indices, and the counting methodological questions of all these, could not be called poor, nor unified. The deficiency of defining the concepts that give the theoretical basis and their vocational tenability, the controversial interpretation and the unclearness of the related methodological questions creates several problems. | Többéves kutatómunkánk eredményei alapján – jelen tanulmányban – az elméleti összefüggések tisztázásával definiáljuk a forgótőke, az idényszerűen jelentkező forgóeszközök, a forgóbefektetés, a nettó forgótőke, működő tőke és ezekkel összefüggésben a forgótőke-menedzsment fogalmakat. A forgótőke-menedzsment nem egyéb, mint a termelési folyamat gazdaságtana. Mint diszciplína, a termelési folyamat gazdasági vetületét veszi alapul, a körforgás elemeivel és a forgótőkével való gazdálkodás – készletgazdálkodás, a vállalat kereskedelmi, hitelezési politikája, a pénzeszközökkel való gazdálkodás –, valamint a kapcsolódó finanszírozási döntések állnak vizsgálódásának középpontjában. --------------------------------------------------- Those literary sources dealing... |
