During intensificaton of agriculture plant diversity decreased parallel with the decline of wildbee species richness. But wildbees are important pollinators for different crops and wild plants. Farming intensity and landscape infrastructure are key-drivers altering species composition and population densities of wildbees. We found, that extensive meadows and pastures, herbaceous strips beside hedgerows, flowering stripes and organic cereal fields can be valuable habitats for wildbees, also for endangered and oligolectic ones. The habitat-types included various plant species and landscape elements that are meaningful for many wildbee species. |
