| In this paper we study the current prioritisation of poultry diseases in Finland using clustering to classify diseases based on their risk management profiles. On basis of the clustering, three cluster types could be found: 1) Risk-based clusters, where the level of risk seems to be a common factor within the clusters; 2) Consequence-based clusters, which have grave consequences and long history of risk management, but unclear probability; and 3) Unclear clusters, which show a wide variability in probability and impacts within the clusters. |
