Der Einfluss von Vorernte- und Nacherntefaktoren auf den Gehalt an SPS gewinnt deshalb zunehmend an Bedeutung. Für die Entwicklung eines Qualitätssicherungskonzepts sind die Kenntnisse über die Auswirkung dieser Faktoren unumgänglich.
