| Results of rice production technologies management for reducing cost of rice production in irrigated area program in the year 2010 to 2011 showed that the farmers who joined to this project could reduce production cost of 954 - 2,734 baht/rai, the yield was not reduced, but increased in some cases. To evaluate the adoption, a competition for reducing rice production cost was set for farmers’ adaptation of the knowledge from the project to their field by themselves. The competition was set at Klong 10 subdistrinct, Nongjok distrinct, Bangkok. The result showed that the farmers could reduce the cost as much as 3,734 baht/ton of paddy.
