| Ab 1992 wurde am Standort Gülzow in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern eine 6-feldrige Fruchtfolge praxisnah bewirtschaftet und die Auswirkungen einer langjährigen ökologischen Bewirtschaftung untersucht. Die Fruchtfolge simuliert die Bewirtschaftung eines viehhaltenden Betriebes. Die ökologische Bewirtschaftung wurde mit einer konventionell bewirtschafteten Variante verglichen. Ziel war es den Einfluss der Bewirtschaftung auf den Ertrag und ausgewählte Bodenparameter zu quantifizieren. |

| The following paper shows the impact of organic farming on the development of contents of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium in the soil. The basis is a six-year crop rotation with animal manures (85 dt/ha/a) in the location of Gülzow (Mecklenburg- Prepomerania). From 1993 to 2004 samples of soil were taken with aan soil auger in a depth between 0 and 30 cm. The discussion of changes in chances of the nutrient contents nutriens content is connected with nutrient balances. As a result, nutrients bilances, witch are in balance. On this time the the contents of potassium shows decreasing tendency. Organic farming does notno lead to lower contents of phosphorus and magnesium. The impacts of soil and year are high. |

| The following paper discribe the influence of ecological managed systems on contents of nitrate-nitrogen in soils. From 1993 to 2003 in a six-year crop rotation in the location of Gülzow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) samples of soil were taken with an soil auger in a depth between 0 and 90 cm. Nitrate-nitrogen contents was analyzed by hydrazin reduction in an analysing automat (SKALAR). For statistical evaluation SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and for clearing of unorthogonal data procedure MIXED of PIEPHO and MICHEL (2001) were used.
