การประเมินพันธุ์ข้าวหอมพื้นเมืองในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ Thai Agricultural

Traditional aromatic rice is well known for its jasmine aroma of cooked rice and well adaptations under the variation of paddy field conditions in northeast Thailand. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the agronomic characteristic and reaction of the selected traditional aromatic rice to important diseases. The experimental design was randomized complete Block composed of 4 replications, during wet season 2013, at Sakon Nakhon Rice Research Center. Ten rice cultivars were tested compared with 4 standard checks such as Khao Dawk Mali 105, RD6, RD15 and Sakon Nakhon. Data collection composed of days to flowering, height, number of panicles per hill, grain yield, reactions to blast and bacterial leaf blight diseases, seed quality and fragrance....

การศึกษาพลวัตความเค็มของดินและน้ำกับการเจริญเติบโตของข้าวในพื้นที่ดินเค็มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ Thai Agricultural

Soil and water salinity are the important constraints affecting rice production in several rice growing areas in Thailand especially, in Northeastern region. There were researches attempt to solve the problem such as land preparation, water and soil management, nutrient management and breeding for salt tolerant rice. However, those research results obtained were not the final solution for getting risk of the problem in saline paddy field. This probably dues to several factors existing in different environments and soil conditions in each area, which require different managements. This research therefore aims to investigate basic information such as soil and water salinity dynamic in rice field, relationships of water regime, salinity and pH on rice growth...
