| Une évaluation du gisement d'oursins du golfe du Morbihan a été réalisée en 2008.Six stations ont été échantillonnées : Stibiden, Roc'h Vihan, Port Blanc, Kerners, Hent tenn et Brannec, une station de plus que les années précédentes Pour les cinq stations communes à 2007 et 2008 l'augmentation de la population d'oursins est de 5 % en global et de 25% pour les individus commerciaux. Les densités totales varient entre 87 et 136 individus pour 100 m2 et les densités commerciales entre 56 et 87 oursins pour 100m2. La densité maximale d'oursins commerciaux a été observée à Port blanc. Les tailles des oursins s'échelonnent entre 22mm et 88mm. 63% des oursins échantillonnés avaient une taille supérieure à la taille de première commercialisation, soit 55mm. |

| The main aim of the CAMP project (2009-2011) is to estimate the efficient connectivity between the Marine Protected Areas (MPA) of the South-West Indian Ocean (SWIO). For that purpose, we use a population genetics approach on 3 reef fishes: Epinephelus merra, Lutjanus kasmira et Myripristis berndti. The overall goal of the project is to provide new elements to MPA managers that will contribute to design the best network of MPAs in the SWIO. In the first year of the project, most of the time was spent to sample fishes. Based on collaborations with 5 international and national partners, we succeed to sample more than 1100 fishes within 12 sites of the SWIO. More than 850 of the 1100 fishes were already sequenced. | The quantity of mussels cultivated on wooden poles called « bouchots », in Mont Saint-Michel bay, has been estimated in april 2002, by volume, number and weight. To do so, a sampling strategy has been conceived, operated and then optimized, taking into account the spatial distribution of this stock and the material and human constraints (especially the amount of persons and working days available). The sampling plan uses procedures of stratification, degrees, regression, so as to reach the optimum precision related to cost. | Depuis 2001, une évaluation annuelle de ce stock est réalisée en mars, elle a pour objectif : − d'estimer la biomasse du stock et sa répartition afin de procéder à l'estimation de la biomasse exploitable, en particulier, sur les zones réservées à la pêche professionnelle ; − d'établir un diagnostic sur l'état du stock.
