Seed drying is one of the most important processes of seed production in rice. The purpose for reduce seed moisture without any effects on seed quality. The continuous-flow drier need higher temperature for increased drying rate was used in this experiment. In2008, Five Experiments were conducted to find out the effected of temperature on quality under different levels of temperature including 45, 50, 55 45 fallowed by 50 and 50 fallowed by 55°c compared with sun drying method. In2009, study in two experiments. First experiment 3 levels of temperature including 45, 50, 55°c compared with sun drying and another 45 fallowed by 50 and 50 fallow by 55°c compared with sun drying.
