This experiment was conducted to study on single cell protein production from pineapple peel by Sacharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis as animal feedstuff. The experimental design was 4 x 3 factorial in CRD experiment with two factors. The factor A was comprised fermented period (0, 15, 30 and 45 day). While, the factor B was comprised of type of microorganism (Sacharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtilis and Sacharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis). The results showed that interaction between factor A and Factor B on incubation pH 3.88-4.16, temperature 28.62-29.78 C and yield 11.22-16.94 % were highly significantly (P<0.01). An experiment was conducted to study on modified nutrient composition of crude palm meal by Sacharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis for development as protein feedstuff. The experimental design was 4 x 3 factorial in completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. Factor A was fermented period (0, 15, 30 and 45 day), factor B was type of microorganism (Sacharomyces cerevisiae: SC-105 (S), Bacillus subtilis: BSC-23 (B), and S+B (50:50)). The results were shown that there was interaction between factor A and factor B on weight yield (3,090.56-3,730.33 g) and percentage yield (47.62-57.43%) (P<0.01). Four Thai Native x Anglo-Nubian 50% crossbred male goat, 2.7-2.8 years old with average body weight (BW) of 35.1+1.6 kg, were arranged in 4x4 Latin Square design. The goats were fed with oil palm frond silage mixed with molasses 0, 2, 4 and 6 % ad libitum and supplemented with concentrate at 0.5 % of BW on dry matter basis.
