Experiment on post-emergence herbicide, glufosinate in sweet corn production field conducted at the National Corn and Sorghum Research Center during November 2008-January 2010. The objective of this experiment was to study on the efficiency of herbicides and their affect on sweet corn hybrid, Insee 2 variety. The experiment laid out in RCBD, composed of 10 treatments, with 3 replications. The results revealed that weed found in the experiment were purple nutsedge (Cyperus rotundus), wild poinsettia (Euphorbia heterophylla), tropical spiderwort (Commelina benghalensis) and Itchgrass (Rottboellia cochinchinensis).
