Uncertainty of the beginning and the end of rainy season which is a result of climate changes from global warming can have a great impact on plant production. This is particularly clear in the Northeast which is mainly rain-fed agriculture. The Office of Agricultural Research and Development Region 3, therefore, studied variation of the beginning and the end of rainy season of the Northeast using rainfall data from Meteorological Station from the year 1981 - 2010, 30 years in total. The data was imported and analyzed using MS Access 2000 and compared to the five-year assessment of spatial data.
