To improved rice gall midge (GM) resistance by F1 progenies’ anther culture, conducted at Phrae Rice Research Center (PRE_RRC) in 2009 dry and wet season. Sixteen crosses from irrigated rice R&D program and three crosses from rainfed rice R&D program were culture in N6 formula media to induced callus formation in dark room, 20-250C temperature and 2000 Lux light intensity for 1-2 month duration. Followed by MS media culture (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) in 2000 Lux light intensity for 1-2 month duration.
