Dry herbal plants were introduced to be used as animal feed additive in order to replace antibiotic medicines. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of using Indian mulberry as a feed additive on feed intake and milk production in dairy cows. Eight crossbred Holstein Friesian with average 454.75 ± 52.2 kg body weight and 146 ± 41.15 days in milk were used in the study. The experimental design was arranged in 4x4 Replicated Latin square design (21-d period). Animals were fed with total mixed ration (TMR) diet base on rice straw as roughage source. The dietary treatments were supplementation Indian mulberry at level 0, 7.5, 10.0 and 12.5 g/kgDM The results showed that there were no effects on DMI, milk yield and milk composition. ผลของการใช้กากถั่วเหลืองหมักในสูตรอาหารต่อการย่อยได้ของโภชนะในลูกสุกรหย่านม Thai Agricultural

The objective of this study was to examine effect of using fermented soybean meal with pineapple peel juice in diet on nutrients digestibility in weaning pigs. Twelve male weaning pigs, 5-weeks-old were used in a completely randomized design (CRD). There were 4 treatments; group 1 and 2 were 22% protein diet with soybean meal and fermented soybean meal, respectively and group 3 and 4 were 20% protein diet with soybean meal and fermented soybean meal, respectively. The result was found that digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, protein, fat, fiber and ash in all groups were not statistically significant difference (P>0.05).
