100 isolates of phytopathogenic bacteria of rice, Xanthomonas oryzae, were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization–time of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). The results showed the whole-cell protein spectrum profile of mass spectra of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae,and X. oryzae pv. oryzicola shared the common spectra peak. However, X. oryzae pv.oryzae presented difference mass spectra at 2641.55, 3729.83, 4919.52, 5608.13, 9857.82, 12480.64 and 18737.92 m/z.whereas X. oryzae pv. oryzicola presented unique spectra of 6279.48 and 9179.89 m/z. |
