| In this study, quantification and stability analysis of 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) in different growth stages of two fragrant soybean cultivars, Chamame and Kaori, and one non-fragrant soybean cultivar, Chiang Mai 60 (CM60), grown for seven environments at Maejo University were reported. The results revealed that 2AP concentration was the highest in full seeds at R6 stages, followed by in leaves at V5 and in full pods at R6 being 6.21, 3.08 and 2.58, respectively. The seven environments were divided in into 4 groups.
