Última The Palaearctic species of the genus Diachasmimorpha Viereck (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Opiinae) Naturalis Achterberg, C. van. Two new species of the genus Diachasmimorpha Viereck, 1913 (Braconidae: Opiinae) are described: D. feijeni spec. nov. from Bhutan (reared from Bactrocera minax (Enderlein) (Diptera: Tephritidae) in fruits of Citrus reticulata Blanco (mandarin)) and D. budrysi spec. nov. from Far East Russia. A key to the Palaearctic species is added, including two similar species (Fopius alternatae (Tobias, 1977), and F. myolejae (Tobias, 1977)). The Palaearctic species of the family Embolemidae (Hymenoptera: Chrysidoidea) are revised. In all nine species are recognized in the genus Embolemus Westwood, 1833 s.l., two are new to science: Embolemus reticulatus spec. nov. from The Netherlands and E. niger spec. nov. from Bhutan. The genus Ampulicomorpha Ashmead, 1893, is synonymized with Embolemus Westwood, 1833 (syn. nov.) and a key to the Palaearctic species of Embolemidae is given. Ampulicomorpha pecki Olmi, 1998, is renamed as Embolemus olmii nom. nov. Market performance with respect to a main horticultural export commodity in Bhutan is the subject of this paper. Imperfections in (market) infrastructure and market structure and conduct may prevent an optimal price for farmers. Market performance is assessed by testing the law of one price for this commodity. This is done by testing three series of auction price data on both long-run and short-run price integration. It is concluded that auction prices were interrelated both in the long and short run with one of the three auctions as the price-leading market. Policy implications are suggested. This paper describes the mobilization processes of Smallholder Dairy Farmers’ Groups (SDFG) and its relevance to the process of community development in an integrated crop livestock forestry farming system in Bhutan. The group approach aims to ensure effective delivery of dairy services for strengthening collective self-help capacity, promoting self-reliance, group cooperation and solidarity of poor rural farmers through collective action. Data for the study were generated through focus group interviews and workshop organized for those stakeholders involved in formation and development of dairy farmers’ groups.
