| Whatever their geographical or political point of view, Sea and coastal strategies highlight an “abyssal need” for knowledge and frequently call for a reinforcement and a better valorization of research in Marine Sciences and Technologies (MST). But, when a French public research resources inventory is needed, in the perspective of constructing a consistent action plan, we lack a framework to define thematic and disciplinary perimeter to be taken into account, to identify available data, to choose practical evaluation or estimation methods. The following study is a proposal to answer these questions. | Nous avons voulu que ce travail réponde à un double objectif. Tout d'abord, nous souhaitions nous intéresser à une activité primordiale en Charente-Maritime et développer notre savoir sur l'ostréiculture dans le bassin de Marennes-Oléron dont l'histoire est riche en événements, Ce travail nous permettait également de faire découvrir au lecteur non initié une forme de culture peu ou mal connue et qui est pourtant une importante source d'emplois et de revenus pour cette région, Nous désirions ensuite mettre à profit notre acquis théorique afin d'apporter des éléments de réponse aux divers problèmes organisationnels de production ou de commercialisation que peut rencontrer la communauté ostréicole de Marennes-Oléron aujourd'hui, si possibilité de réponse il y... |
