New records of Paracrias Ashmead (Hymenoptera, Eulophidae) as parasitoids on weevil larvae (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) in Brazil, with the description of a new species Iheringia, Sér. Zool.
Palmieri,Luciano; Farache,Fernando H. A.; Pereira,Rodrigo A. S.; Hansson,Christer.
Paracrias strii Schauff, 1985 and P. ceratophaga Palmieri & Hansson sp. nov. are first record in Brazil and both are associated with Ceratopus Schoenherr larvae (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) reared from syconia of two species of fig-trees. Both Paracrias species are diagnosed and illustrated. Males of P. ceratophaga sp. nov. are described. The association of Paracrias with weevil larvae is briefly discussed.

The status of Kokandia Yefremova & Kriskovich (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), with taxonomic notes on some related genera Naturalis
Gumovsky, A..
The diagnosis of the poorly known genus Kokandia Yefremova & Kriskovich, 1995 (based on the single species K. salsolicola, a parasitoid of the gall midge Desertovellum stackelbergi Mamaev) is clarified and the genus is re-described. This genus is not related to Omphale Haliday, 1833 (as it was stated in the original description), because the clypeus is not delimited. The type species of Kokandia resembles species of Closterocerus Westwood, 1833, in its habitual appearance, but differs by the absence of the subtorular grooves. The main autapomorphy of Kokandia is the wide peculiar adocular flange (not seen in any other known genus of the subfamily Entedoninae). Possible relationships of Kokandia with the genera Closterocerus, Pediobopsis Girault, 1913,...

Taxonomic notes on the entedonine genera Rhynchentedon and Pediobomyia (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea: Eulophidae) with the description of a new species Naturalis
Gumovsky, A..
The genera Rhynchentedon and Pediobomyia are reviewed, redescribed and their placement within so-called Pediobius-complex of genera is discussed. A new species (Rhynchentedon achterbergi spec. nov.) is described from Malaysia. The new species is characterized by the specific shape of petiole (with protruding dorsal callus). The number of setae at the submarginal vein is found to be variable in Pediobomyia darwini Girault. New geographical records are reported for both Rhynchentedon and Pediobomyia.

Revision of the genus Parzaommomyia Girault (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), with taxonomic notes on related genera Naturalis
Gumovsky, A.; Ubaidillah, R..
The eulophid genus Parzaommomyia Girault, 1915, is revised and redefined. Five new species are described and illustrated: P. sulensis spec. nov. from Sulawesi and West Malaysia, P. africana spec. nov. from Nigeria, P. crassicornis spec. nov. from Sulawesi, New Guinea and China, P. achterbergi spec. nov. from East Malaysia and Java, and P. incompleta spec. nov. from New Guinea. Species of this genus represent a monophyletic Palaeotropical group characterized by six synapomorphies according to the results of the cladistic analysis of all known (six) species and 20 outgroup taxa coded for twenty-nine characters. The supraclypeal area is delimited by grooves (i. e. both the clypeus and the supraclypeus are delimited), the sensory pores on the scape of the male...

New genera and species of Afrotropical Entedoninae (Hymenoptera, Eulophidae) Naturalis
Gumovsky, A.; Bouček, C.; Delvare, G..
Two new genera of Entedoninae are described from Afrotropical region. The genus Janicharis gen. nov. (type species: J. africana spec. nov.) is described from Cameroon, Nigeria and Madagascar. The genus Hakuna gen. nov. (type species: H. matata spec. nov.) is described from Uganda. Both genera have a rather characteristic habitus and a peculiar propodeum bearing large anterolateral strips. A new, but yet unnamed, species of the genus Trisecodes Delvare & LaSalle, 2000, is recorded from Cameroon. This is the fi rst Afrotropical record of this genus, originally described from the Neotropical region.
