We analyzed the existing situation of poultry sector with industrial experts and professionals of “Generating projects based on sector specific innovation in the poultry sector” symposium organized by University of Debrecen Centre for Agricultural Sciences Faculty of Agricultural Business and Rural Development in 2007. Az EU csatlakozás drasztikus hatással volt a hazai tejszektorra, ilyen környe-zetben különösen fontos, hogy a jövőbeni tendenciákról megbízható információk álljanak rendelkezésre. E cikk keretében a hazai, az uniós és a világpiaci helyzet áttekintését, valamint a rendelkezésre álló prognózisok alapján a magyarországi tejpiac várható alakulását mutatom be. Az erősödő kereslet következtében a tejtermékek világpiaci árának emelke-dése valószínűsíthető. A legnagyobb áremelkedés a sajtnál és vajnál várható, a tejporok ára kisebb mértékben nő. Az OECD prognózisa szerint a világtermelés 2013-ig jelentősen emelkedik, az EU-25 termelése pedig stagnál. Elsősorban az intervenciós árak csökkentése miatt az Európai Unióban a prognózisok szerint a tej piaci ára 15-20...
