| Articles 6(1) and 7(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 199/2008 state that the evaluation ofboth NP proposals and TRs should be carried out by STECF. Therefore, the guidelines andtemplates should also facilitate SGRN’s evaluation of Member States’ compliance with theDCF. SGRN received a mandate to review these guidelines and templates in its July 2009meeting (SGRN-09-02), and proposed a new structure for both NP proposals and TRs, and atotally revised version of the Standard Tables. The RCMs subsequently provided an in-depthreview of the revised tables.
