In order to objectively and reasonably evaluate the actual and potential value of cultivated land, both social and ecological values are introduced into the classification and grading index system of cultivated land based on the viewpoint of sustainable development, after considering the natural and economic values of cultivated land. Index system construction of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land should follow the principles of economic viability, social acceptability, and ecological protection. Classification of cultivated land should take into account the soil fertility of cultivated land. Then, grading of cultivated land is carried out from the practical productivity (or potential productivity) of cultivated land. According to the existing... |

At present, income in farmers’ training evaluation can not reflect the real connotation of training and the scientific evaluation index system is lacked. Based on this, it is concluded that evaluation of farmers’ training is composed of demand evaluation, process evaluation and effect evaluation. Farmers’ training evaluation system is evaluated including four grades of index. Among them, the third grade index include demand investigation, satisfaction degree of peasant household, satisfaction degree of peasant household, organization degree, talent benefit, economic benefit, social benefit. The fourth grade index is the probability of demand investigation, training method, training content, training time, training textbook, teaching facility, tracking... |

Taking Daxing District, Beijing, China as a example, benefit evaluation index system of small-town land comprehensive consolidation is established from four aspects of resource benefit, economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. Weight of evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. After the standardized treatment on the original value index, comprehensive index method is adopted to evaluate the land comprehensive consolidation benefits in 14 towns of Daxing District in the year 2005, combining with the index weight determined by analytic hierarchy process. Evaluation result shows that areas having significant effects are Yizhuang Town, Xihongmen Town, Yinghai Town, and Jiugong Town, which are concentrated in rural-urban... |

According to the problem of seriously degraded natural forest in Southwest China prior to the implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project, under the guidance of principle of practicality and systematicness, we establish the comprehensive-benefit evaluation index system of restoring the degraded natural forest in Southwest China, including 3 second-level indices, 12 third-level indices and 24 fourth-level indices. In addition, we use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct comprehensive-benefit evaluation on implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project in Southwest China. The results show that since ten years of implementation of Natural Forest Protection Project in Southwest China, it has gained considerable comprehensive... |

Based on the introduction of Hainan island and the special feature of its geographical environment, land ecological pressure, land ecological status and land ecological response are taken as the subsystems with in all 18 indices selected according to the 1999-2008 Hainan Statistical Yearbook, 1999-2008 Hainan Yearbook, 2000-2004 Hainan Ecological Construction Yearbook, as well as the principles of science, representativeness, comprehensiveness, simplicity, operability and applicability. Land ecological security assessment index system is established based on the “P-S-R” conceptual framework model. Land ecological security evaluation model is set up by using Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process Theory, which can be used to... |

According to the connotation of ecological civilization, construction principle of ecological civilization index system is expatiated, including integrity principle, applicability and feasibility principle, quantification principle and purposefulness principle. Based on this, a total of 23 single factors are selected from four aspects of ecological environmental protection, economic development, social progress and environmental protection consciousness. Ecological civilization index system is constructed. Weight of single factor is determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and comprehensive evaluation model is established. Taking Shandong Province as an example, optimized index system and comprehensive evaluation model are used to analyze the... |

Based on the relevant literatures, it is found out that modern agriculture is a product of agricultural development at a certain stage. On the one hand, modern agriculture develops with the improvement of economy; on the other hand, it has many realization forms. Different areas and countries can select their own realization forms according to the resource endowment. According to the index systems in the past, evaluation index system of modern agriculture in Sichuan Province is established based on the principles of controllability and adequacy. Analytical Hierarchy Process is adopted to calculate the weigh of the established index system by multi-person and multi-criteria. According to the comprehensive level of modern agriculture data in Sichuan Province... |
