The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of fat sources on feed intake, nutrients digestibility and organ weight of broiler chicken. Forty-five Arbor Acre broiler commercial chicks, seven day old, were used in a Completely Randomized Design. Birds were individually housed in cage and distilled water was fully supplied. The experiment lasted 21 days. The experimental diets were contained three sources of fat [Tallow (T), Soybean oil (SBO) and Krabok fat (KF)]. At the end of the experiment, it was found that average daily feed intake (ADFI) was 45.43, 41.75 and 46.62 g/d in birds fed T, SBO and KF, respectively (P>0.05). Average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were not statistically different (P>0.05) between groups...

ผลของการใช้กากถั่วเหลืองหมักในสูตรอาหารต่อการย่อยได้ของโภชนะในลูกสุกรหย่านม Thai Agricultural

The objective of this study was to examine effect of using fermented soybean meal with pineapple peel juice in diet on nutrients digestibility in weaning pigs. Twelve male weaning pigs, 5-weeks-old were used in a completely randomized design (CRD). There were 4 treatments; group 1 and 2 were 22% protein diet with soybean meal and fermented soybean meal, respectively and group 3 and 4 were 20% protein diet with soybean meal and fermented soybean meal, respectively. The result was found that digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, protein, fat, fiber and ash in all groups were not statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Therefore, the use of fermented soybean meal with pineapple peel juice 22% and 20% in diet did not affect nutrients...
