| ODINECET (Ocean Data and Information network for the European Countries in Economical Transition) intends to create a network of marine libraries within the ECET region. Theoretically, ODINs are supposed to develop Data and Information management in different regions. The first stage of ODINECET focuses mainly on aquatic information management.
